Millhouse on 45 acre lake
The whole family will love this lake property. The millhouse sleeps 8 and incorporates original beams from the 1812 working mill. You can do as much or as little as you want. Activities can include fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, beach volleyball, reading or napping in the hammock or just enjoying the beautiful scenery which includes a beautiful waterfall.
Previous guests have enjoyed the peace and quiet and the fact that there is so much to do.
The Millhouse is fully stocked for your Trip
The home includes a well stocked kitchen, large dining table, large living room with ample seating and space to relax, 1/2 bath and laundry room, three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms upstairs, a back porch and side patio with a great view of the waterfall.
The three bedrooms include a master suite with a king size bed, pull out twin bed, and full bathroom with bathtub and two guest rooms with a jack and jill (shared) full bathroom with a shower. One guest room includes three twin beds and the other includes a full bed. The master suite and guest room with full bed also include wall-mounted tvs.
Explore the 45 acre lake using the provided paddleboat, canoe, kayaks, and Stand-up Paddleboards or bring your own boat (electric motors only to be used on the lake, gas motors are prohibited). Fishing is strictly catch and release. Other amenities include two professional pickleball courts and a beach volleyball court along with walking trails along the Mattaponi river.
Kings Dominion and Meadow Event Park are only 15 minutes from the property and other attractions are within an hour.
